The more that I learn about makeup and the way our skin reacts to it the more I am wanting to take the plunge into “all things good for me”. I must admit though it is a LOT harder to commit when SO many great brands aren’t the best for us. I am so excited that not only did I find Sigma, fell in LOVE with the brushes and bargains, the fact that they became a sponsor here on Classy but now they are ADDING even MORE new products and launching new permanent brushes!!!! It’s enough to make any makeup girl *sQuEaL* with delight….sorry to my neighbors ; ). I just got two new brushes in the mail and busted them out just as soon as I could and did a review on one of them. You all know that my MAC 187 bit it BIG time and so I was in the market for a new one. Rather than spend $42 {gag} I hit up my Sigma store and got this F80 bad boy for $16!!!!! Here are my thoughts and me using it for the very first time. I noticed, looking back, that I kept using it over and over and over my face and to be honest, the brush was SO stinkin soft I didn’t want to stop LOL!!!!! =)

To know about more Sigma brushes getting rave reviews check this out! I am ALL about word of mouth and when I heard the buzz about these brushes I HAD to share! They took a poll around the Sigma offices and these were the ones the gals gushed about and said they couldn’t live without:

  • Flat Top Synthetic Kabuki (F80)
    – This brush turned out to be the majority of everyone’s go-to
    foundation brush for its ability to evenly buff on foundation for a
    clean, flawless finish. Runner up? The F84!
  • Large Powder (F30)
    – The F30 contains large, dense bristles for application of powder
    products to set and keep foundation in place all day. Perfect for
    creating a matte finish on skin! 
  • Large Angled Contour (F40) – The angle of the F40 makes for easy application of blush, bronzer and/or highlighter to enhance and define cheekbones. 
  • Eye Shading (E55) – The E55 was a top pick for its versatility to apply shadow all over lid and to blend out any harsh, jagged lines. 
  • Small Angle (E65)
    – This brush performs double duty by working to fill in sparse areas of
    brows but also to apply gel eye liner or powder along the lash line.

Sigma
has some of the most affordable brushes and I love the quality. I use
them in countless videos and have had SO many people ask me about them
and which ones are my favorite. I figured that I can tell all of you in
one mass post =).
I would have to say first and foremost the most used brush I have is the Sigma E40.
It is comparable to the #224 from MAC and SO much cheaper! The only
thing I have noticed with the E40 that is different is that when I clean
it and wipe it on my cleaning cloth the color bleeds a touch. NOT
enough to keep me from buying FOUR MORE!!! ; )
MAC #224: $30.00
Sigma E40: $11.00
Next, the brush that every girl should have at least 5 of? The Sigma E25
which is comparable to the #217 from MAC. I only have the trial size of
this brush. It is usually the gift that comes when you spend $30 or
more dollars at Sigma aaaand since I always do I have quite a few of
these bad boys. Get ready for THIS price comparison! 
MAC 217: $22.50
SIGMA E25: (full size) $9.00!!!
I
happen to ADORE this next brush!!! It is SO soft and deposits powder on
your skin like a massage. I am ALWAYS getting remarks from clients when
I use this brush on them. They say things like,”I could just fall
asleep right now!” {insert giggle} I feel so sneaky using my secret
weapon on everyone. I can’t wait to get another one!!! It is the Sigma F20, behold it in all of it’s glory. I should have put my hand in there or something to show how truly large and in charge it is!
MAC #134: $52.00
Sigma F20: $22.00

I
have been SO impressed with the Sigma line and the quality of their
brushes. They are double clamped on the handles, just like MAC’s to
ensure the strength of the bond of the bristles and the fennel. The
metallic piece is also seamless which is a huge indicator of quality.
Some of their brushes are double cut and some single cut just like MAC. I
say give them a try and see what you think. During this month the free
gift you get when you spend $30 is an awesome eyeliner brush. I just
ordered two foundation brushes and will be getting that free gift. Can’t

For those of you that haven’t heard me RAVE about this primer then let me yell at you now…YOU MUST GET URBAN DECAY PRIMER POTION IF IT IS THE LAST THING YOU DO!!!!!
 I have used other primers to keep my shadow on all day and to keep from creasing and this one is by far the BeSt!!!!! My friend Sarah also just sent me a link where you can get it for half the price!!! The reason Urban Decay is doing this for a limited time is because they have changed their packaging. I am so happy they have made it into a squeezable bottle but for those of you that want this “vintage” look for half the price ($9) then HAVE AT THEE!!!
