This was a blast!!!! It was my first production as far as makeup was concerned and I learned a LOT!!!! I have some more tutorials coming…I am just waiting for life to slow down just a little bit =).

Random picture of the day, what I thought I wanted to be when I grew up and then what I became =). Yup that’s yours truly. I am now officially a freelance makeup artist and that means you can recommend me to anyone you want LOL. But back to the business at hand =) I’m back and it feels great!!!! After the longest move known to man and not being able to get on the computer or to my video camera I am DONE!!!! Not only did I do two more tutorials but I have also gone all the way back to the first post I ever made and answered any questions that you may have asked. Couture Portraits-for girls: Casting Call
Free Couture Portrait Sessions

Megan Daines Photography and Doll-Cosmetics by Jen is currently conducting a casting call to select four girls, ages 16-19, to be models for a day and help spread the word about Couture Portraits for girls, and Doll Cosmetics!

Girls selected will participate as models in an on-location photo shoot. Girls will choose two great looks to model from their personal wardrobe; casual and formal (pull out your prom dress!) Winners will receive star treatment with professional make-up artist and stylist Jen, from Doll Cosmetics prior to their shoot.

Additionally girls will receive a great package of goodies from both Megan Daines Photography and Doll-Cosmetics!

-Each girl will be given 4 by 6 proofs of their 12 favorite images from the shoot to hand out to friends, facebook photos, to make everyone jealous, and credit for a fabulous product (valued at $125), towards a future session, with Megan Daines Photography!

-Each girl will receive a discount on a future session, a free custom make-up consultation, and be the first to hostess an All Dolled Up make-up party!

All of this, plus bragging rights, absolutely free! So, if you think you’ve got what it takes, apply today!

Requirements for Applicants:
•Open to photographer and make-up artist’s ideas and vision.
•Availability to participate in May 2009, Saturday morning photo shoot.
•Model contract, and release, signed by a parent or legal guardian. (granting permission for Doll-Cosmetics, and Megan Daines Photography to use images in promotional materials, etc.)
•Applicant does not currently represent any other make-up artist and/or photographer and agrees to act as representatives of Doll-Cosmetics and Megan Daines Photography. (Refer your friends, and pass out promotional information)Two girls will be chosen from each of the following high schools:

•Sunset High School
•Westview High School
